The Alone Singles offers the following services: After completing the registration of data, the User is asked to complete the form of obligatory data of their profile in the area «Register». Conclude this section and the User will have their profile listed and will have access to the biggest resources of the site. The basic members can send the following per day;10 kisses,10 dedications, 10 flowers. The data of the Members profile can be verified or modified by the Member, at any time, in the area «My Profile» found on the main menu of the site. Dear Basic Member, you should inform and maintain personal data in your registration and possess a valid e-mail account. At the conclusion of the registration, the User will receive a confirmation of inscription via e-mail. Upon receipt, the Member should verify the contents of the data that has been informed and can cancel or modify if in the case that it isn´t correct. The 2 Star User account has special privileges, such as you can read and respond to all messages that you have received from other Members, independently of the status (Basic or Star). All receivers can read and respond to the messages that are sent to them (limit of 600 messages) The 2 Star User can still make calls for the Live Online Chat with priority in attendance and can still ask question that can be selected to be replied to and published in the area «Consultation». To remain as a 2 Star User, the User should pay a monthly amount. These amounts can be found in the price table of services contract. These values may be adjusted throughout the year but the 2 Star Member will be notified 30 days in advance of the new amount. The registration and completion of the profile data are obligatory. After the registration, like the Star User, you will receive an e-mail confirming the inscription of the 2 Star Plan. You should verify and authenticate the contents of the inscription data, modifying or cancelling any information that is not correct. In the case that the 2 Star User cancels the PLAN which can be made at any time, implies the loss of benefits of this category, and an automatic inclusion into the Basic User category without any compensation. 3 and 4 Star Users have special privileges, such as you can read and reply to all of the messages received from other Members regardless of the status. (Basic or Star). All of the reciepients are able to read and respond to the messages that you send to them without restrictions. 3 and 4 Star Users are still able to make calls from the Live On-line Chat without restrictions, they will have priority in attendance and are still able to formulate questions that could be selected for a reply and published in the area «Consultation» and priority also in the «search» system. To stay as a Star User, the User should pay an amount periodically, varying in accordance with the chosen plan: the amounts can be found in the price table os the services contract. These amounts may be adjusted throughout the year but the 3 and 4 Star Users will be notified 30days in advance. The registration and the completion of the profile data are obligatory . Like this the registration of the Star Member has been made. The User will receive an e-mail confirming the inscription and should verify the data of the inscription in the Star Plan, it´s authenticity, modifying or cancelling any data that is incorrect.In the case that a Star User makes a cancellation of their PLAN for any reason, all benefits of this category will be lost byt automatically will be included in the Basic User category without compensation. The User of the site is committed to supply true personal data, precise, actual and complete during the registration process, registration of your profile and contracted charges, as well as keeping the information up-to-date that you use in the association. The Members of the Alone Singles can create only one free profile , at this time the policy of the site does not authorise more than one free profile or basic for the same person. The Alone Singles reserves the right to exclude additional profiles that seem to belong to the same person. In the occurrence of special promotions or plans, where the User could benefit with a period of free service, discount of the standard values or other offers, the User will be notified by email and-or be informed through announcements in a prominent area of «my profile», or on site of Alone Singles. The terms of the promotion will be available for access in a prominent place. IV. REVOCATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE AGREEMENT OF UTILISATION. The association can be rescinded at any moment and for any reason. The present agreement of Utilisation can be rescinded or suspended, without previous warning, by the Alone Singles, in the case of violation of any clauses of this contract in accordance with the Civil Code. In the case of annulment of the present agreement, due to any violation of the contract on the part of the User, the Alone Singles will not be obliged to reimburse any payments. V. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL The Star Member, when joining the present Agreement of Utilisation, authorises the automatic renewal of the plan at the end by credit card payment. In this way, for your convenience, at the end of your plan the amount for the new period will be automatically debited from your credit card. In case this isn´t your preferred facility, you can cancel the Star Plan and it´s subsequent renewals by sending an e-mail to the Technical Support team, at any time without any compensation on the part of the Alone Singles for the contracted period. ATTENTION: At the end of the contracted period, the User of the Star category will see their plan automatically renewed BEING THE RELATIVE AMOUNT FOR THE NEW PERIOD DEBITED FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD The User can make payments with Visa or Mastercard for the programmes where payment is needed for the services required on site. The User also use other form of payment, depending upon on the country; i.e Boleto Bancário, Bank Transfer,WesternUnion transfer and the Post Office. VI. PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICIES The Alone Singles posseses a privacy and security policy that aims to protect its Members against improper use by third parties The Alone Singles will not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Only by your expressed authorisation or through judicial authorisation will this information be divulged to the petitioning authority.In case the User divulges his information on the siteAlone Singles to third parties, it will be entirely his responsiblity. To guarantee your security, it is recommended that you periodically alter your password for personal use and that it is not transmitted to a third party. The Alone Singles is not responsible for the dates and-or relationships that may occur between Members originating from the services provided Alone Singles, is demanding that any judicial act committed by its Members, has the right to recuperate any judicial expenses against whoever caused them excercising a right to return. Alone Singles is not and cannot be held responsible, if a third party accesses information of the User because it was supplied to them, for example, password, nickname(username) or other similar information. VIII. OF THE COOKIES The User, according to the present agreement, authorises and accepts that Alone Singles uses resourses such as «cookies» in order to offer a better and more personalised service. A Cookie represents a small amount of data,usually with an anonymous identity, sent to you by a site from the web and stored on the disc of your computer. If necessary, should it be found that the terms of the agreement have been violated, the profile will be excluded indefinitely, without any repayment for monies paid by the User. Damage caused to third parties by the use of false information by the User will be subject to legal action, as well as the right of refusal to the services of Clube Amizade The User can only access the services supplied by the site with the purpose to establish contact for personal relations. The User will not be able to divulge in its profile racist or prejudiced text he will not be able to violate the rights of children or adolescents, he will not be able to divulge, to transmit or provide any content that is the title of somebody else, that he violates the copyrights or the rights of a third party image, not send any message that contains virus, or to divulge ideas of paedophile characters, discriminatory, defamatory, abusive, profane, offensive or illegal. The User will not be able to make advertising, to divulge politic opinions or to request to any other User or third party to act in his name, unless by means of a power of attorney. The User will not be able to use third parties to accomplish any actions, purchases, sales or cancellation of products or services through the site or any another form of communication offered by Alone Singles and Partners. The User cannot transmit chain letters or spam to other Members. The User cannot use the site to divulge any illegal practise, abusive or any that can bring damage or detriment to a third party. The User cannot include in his profile or divulger through Chat rooms any personal identification data or telephone numbers, mobile numbers, personal addresses or commercial addresses, surname, IMS, references or sexual suggestions including The User is obliged to keep the confidentiality of personal information of other Members with whom they have been in contact with through the Alone Singles. You cannot divulge it in any other places. The User will keep all the information supplied through Alone Singles a secret and he is not authorized to yield them or to divulge them, without the express authorization of Alone Singles. The User is entirely responsible for the contents of the messages that are exchanged with other Members of the Clube Amizade. The User cannot violate (intentionally or not) any current legal rule in the legal system, nor claim that he was not aware of the enforced rules. The User will not be able to intervine in the system of transmission of Alone Singles not even to copy, reproduce, duplicate or to make use of the content of the site for any purpose. The User will be held responsible for any illegal practise committed. In the case that a violation of any of these regulations or any of the rules that are present in the Agreement of Utilisation, Alone Singles can use its discretion to alter or eliminate the contents of your profile. IX.I. USER PROFILE XI. FROM THE COURT OF JUSTICE OF THE ELECTION: FROM THE COURT OF JUSTICE OF THE CONSUMER In compliance with current legislation, the forum to dissolve possible litigation that occur from this contract will be from the consumer. They should not of nude people, semi-nude or exposing any intimate parts of the body or in pornographic poses or illegal activities. In the space «My Profile» only the actual User will be exhibited. The User can not copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, explore or in any way transfer material from Alone Singles in any formate, electronic or not, for your personal use and - or commercial use. All photos and images submitted to the Alone Singles becomes the property of this site. The User agrees to give up the rights of the images relating to these photos. XIV.
